The Next Generation Leadership Institute (NGLI) is the flagship leadership development fellowship program of In Our Own Voice: National Black Women’s Reproductive Justice Agenda, built to develop the next generation of fearless student advocates at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

Fellows are equipped with the training, mentorship, and resources to lead powerful, campus-based Reproductive Justice programming designed by and for their communities. Since launching in 2018, NGLI has been a transformative force on HBCU campuses, turning students into movement leaders. Now on 10 campuses and growing, this work is too important to slow down.
